yes and no. there are times when i wish i was born a boy. particularly around high school, high school would have been a lot easier. but then again, i’ve experienced some really amazing stuff and met some amazing people before i came out as a transman.
i like how my life has played out to be honest. i’m not ashamed of my life when i was a girl. i like to think it makes me cooler! :P

there is nothing wrong with being fat. i don’t like body shaming. people have different body shapes. whatever. plus happiness is something we should all strive for so i find this a weird question.

Well, I exercise for about an hour a day. I usually spend about 20-30 minutes doing weights and crunches. I then spend 30-40 minutes doing cardio usually cycling because I like cycling.
On days I don’t go to the gym I like to go for a bike ride depending on the weather.
Yeah I have suffered from depression. It totally bites and destroys relationships with the people you love most.
That being said I’m really good these days. Yeah I admit I may have a bad morning/day here or there but overall my depression is in control and I’m really happy with myself. I’m not perfect, but I’m pretty good these days.
Seeking help is a great idea. I see a psychologist regularly which helps a lot.
I meditate sometimes. I’m not an expert but I think I’m OK.
I like to spend my time with friends. If I feel particularly depressed/overwhelmed I like to call a friend or drive to a friend’s place.
Exercise is a really great way to control depression. I exercise everyday pretty much, I go to the gym nearly everyday or I am cycling on my bike. Exercise makes you happy and I really love it. I don’t exercise to lose weight to be honest, mostly just to chill out.
I try and make new friends and do new things. I’ve signed myself up for some new things to help me make new friends or just to try something different. Sometimes we get stuck in a rut so I think it is good to open our eyes to different things.
I try and do a good deed everyday. I really like to help people so I think that if I help make someone’s day better, this will make my day better.
If all else fails, go read calming manatee because that manatee is smart.
Salad in a Jar!
Another amazing picnic idea! Also great for work or school lunches. As long as your dressing doesn’t touch the lettuce, these salads will stay fresh in the fridge for 4 or 5 days!Just found out how to have lunch for the rest of my life.
